On December 28, 2018, Head of Shooloongkan Branding Su Xiaoqiang was invited to attend the 2018 Winter Summit of Chinese Dining Innovation Conference. The Chinese Dining Innovation Conference is the largest, most influential and most authoritative industry meeting for the food and beverage industry in China and a major annual event for the sector that has been dubbed the "Davos Meeting of the food and beverage industry" for being the most important and most covered conference of its kind.
Su Xiaoqiang shared his opinions on Shooloongkan's new globalized expansion network and coordinated mobilization of resources in food and beverage industry collaborations, then joined other guests from academia, the food and beverage industry and the finance sector as they discussed the bedrocks of business operation. Thereafter, Su Xiaoqiang debated with attending food and beverage industry experts and newcomers as they dissected innovation from a more multidimensional point of view.
This edition of the Chinese Dining Innovation Conference revolved around the central theme of "return to basic" and focused on fundamentals of the food and beverage business such as product foundations, store operation, supply chain fine-tuning, value generation and sustainable profitability. At the meeting, Shooloongkan Hot Pot was listed as one of Top Hundred Innovators in Food and Beverage Industry of China and was honored with the Award for Best Sales Innovation.
