       On March 14, a delegation of more than 40 visitors including Head of the Chinese Foods Association of Japan Chen Kenichi, President of Sanming Property Co., Ltd. of Japan Chen Jianjun and numerous Chinese cuisine chefs from Japan visited and toured Shooloongkan Holdings Group. Vice General Manager of Shooloongkan Holdings Group Li Shuoyan and Deputy Director for Sales of Long Guo Guo Huang Chao represented the company to speak with the guests.

 

       Born in Tokyo, Japan, Chen Kenichi is esteemed as the "Chinese Iron Chef" in Japan and has always been in the eyes of the public. Chen Kenichi is devoted to the popularization of Sichuan dishes like mapo tofu in Japan, and is the current Chairperson of famous Sichuan cuisine chain Shisen Hanten in Japan.

 

       During the dialogue, Li Shuoyan introduced to Chen Kenichi and the delegation about Shooloongkan's course of development, distribution of stores around the globe and other information about the company, including Shooloongkan's strategic development groundworks in Japan. After the end of the tour, Huang Chao showed to the visitors Shooloongkan's full line-up of merchandises, and even put on a live demonstration on how convenience hot pot is eaten. While savoring the good foods, the Japanese guests all expressed their praises and the participants spoke and exchanged about products.

 

 

       This visit by Chen Kenichi and the delegation not only fortified the culinary exchanges between the two nations, but also enriched the understanding about Shooloongkan among the Japanese master chefs. After the meeting, President of Sanming Property Co., Ltd. of Japan Chen Jianjun, who's company is primarily engaged in the import of Chinese ingredients to Japan, emphatically lauded Shooloongkan's products and culture, and indicated the wish to foster cooperation, to continue to maintain and strengthen exchanges, and to aid Shooloongkan products in entering the Japanese market.
